Intellectual Property Policy

Trademark and other Intellectual Property Abuse Rules:

Before you ship goods to us for fulfillment or give us artwork from existing or for new designs to: store, use, modify, fulfill, etc., you hereby explicitly assert that, to the best of your knowledge, you are not abusing any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property status and that you have performed a trademark search in the United States with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Additionally, you attest and affirm that you are the owner of all of the copyrights for all artwork and designs emblazoned on all merchandise sold in any store that we fulfill orders for and for all merchandise that is held for fulfillment at our Fulfillment Center(s). If doubts arise, seek legal advice before proceeding.
