Refund Policy

Our Fulfillment by JournalsAndBooks.com, Inc. (Fulfillment Company), 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Risk Free Refund Policy

If during the first 30 days of a new customer relationship, a customer (Online Seller) is not completely satisfied with their Fulfillment Service plan, that is expressly marked as having a thirty (30) Day Money Back Guarantee, and they cancel said plan, the Online Seller will, upon request, receive a full refund of all base 25% of the Net fees (excluding any third-party, setup fees, hosting fees, Extra Services, shipping, freight, boxes and packing materials (billed at cost), and in-house printing services—charged at 25¢ per printed sheet).

  • To claim your refund, Online Sellers that have never had prior service, please open a billing ticket here or, if you don't have a log-in to our support portal, open a General Sales Inquiry instead to cancel your service and request a refund within the first 30 days of your first service contract.

  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket (usually within a few days). We issue refunds by the original payment method, check or PayPal (as required or as determined by us).

  • If you have not received your refund within 30 days, or have any other refund related inquiry, please contact our Billing Department by logging in and opening a billing ticket at: https://gpowerhost.com/gpower-support/

  • Any third-party, setup fees, hosting fees, Extra Services, shipping, freight, boxes and packing materials (billed at cost), and in-house printing services—charged at 25¢ per printed sheet) will be DEDUCTED from the amount to be refunded. Any fees for Extra Services owed, in excess of the refund will be additionally billed to the Online Seller.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND INSTITUTE A CHARGEBACK, AS THIS DISQUALIFIES YOU FROM OUR REFUND POLICY.

Exclusions and Limitations

  1. Refunds will only be given if no other Fulfillment Company Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.

  2. Money back guarantee only applicable to those products and services that specify this offer, at the time of purchase.

  3. Only base fulfillment fees will be refunded. This is the base 25% of the Net price with the original, unmodified feature configuration.

  4. Any artwork or design produced by Fulfillment Company as part of the base 25% of the Net pricing during the trial period shall be returned to the Fulfillment Company and cannot be used ever again once a refund request has been lodged.

  5. Any third-party goods, inserts or other materials produced bearing artwork produced by the Fulfillment Company shall be destroyed.

  6. Add-ons such as: Programing Services, Design Services, Database Migration/Repair, Intrusion/Virus/Malware Services, Script Hardening/Customization, Custom Firewall Setup and Custom Mail Setup will not be refunded unless prior to account activation.

  7. Auto Renewal of Fulfillment Company services is also excluded from this policy, as only new, first time Online Sellers may be refunded within their first 30 days.

  8. Under no circumstances will Fulfillment Company allow a transfer of funds between accounts.

  9. Any other products or services with no specified money back guarantee are not entitled to any money back or refund.

  10. Under the money back guarantee, only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund, so if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  11. If you cancel your account after the first thirty days have passed, or after your account is renewed no refund will be issued.

  12. To guard against abuse, Fulfillment Company reserves the right to determine the definition of first-time account.

  13. No full refund will be honored on Extra Services, the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply.

  14. No refunds will be given to any Online Seller that claims that they did not, do not now, or no longer will agree to our Terms of Service (Core Agreement) or other, Important Policies; the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply.

  15. Refunds only available to services cancelled, in good standing.
